Tina is currently focusing on our Marketing/Recruiting and has been implementing some great ideas to help bring our company to the next level! Tina welcomes all suggestions, with an open mind, as improving US Preferred Realty, Inc. is always the end goal!
Gary Quenneville- Designated Broker/Vice President
has been with US Preferred Realty as a broker since May of 2008, and as the
Designated Broker since 2011. He has been in the Real Estate industry since
1992 and has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the business. Gary has an
open door policy to our agents, and always makes them his number one priority.

Lori Greszler- Executive Assistant
Lori has been with US Preferred Realty since May of 2008.
She started with US Preferred Realty as a receptionist but due to her hard work
and dedication she was quickly promoted! She currently assists our staff with
any needs they may have, as well as directly assists our Accounting Manager.
She handles all of the commission instructions and monthly dues for our agents.

Jamie Ciocchetti- Senior Recruiter/Agent Advocate
Jamie has been with US Preferred since
2013. She started with us as a new agent and earned our 2014 Rookie
Of The Year award. Jamie has over 16 years of experience driving
results and leading businesses through leader development in the food
and beverage industry. Her experience in this industry lends itself
to her success in Real Estate. She has a passion for coaching,
training and customer service. Her experience in marketing, strategic
planning and market penetration give her the tools needed to take on
her role as our Recruiter and Agent Advocate.
Jonathan "Jon" Greenlee- Managing Broker
Jonathan joined US Preferred Realty, Inc. in 2016. Jonathan graduated magna cum laude from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2001, then a Broker's license in 2009. Over the last twenty years, Jonathan's experience has included management of the brokerage side of a busy Real Estate office, sales team management, commercial development and sales in all areas of Residential Real Estate. Jonathan will handle the responsibilities related to SureClose, from answering agent questions and creating files to signing off on Real Estate transaction files. He brings a wealth of experience related to Real Estate transactions and is here to support our agents and clients.
Alexis Angres- Front Office Manager
Alexis joined US Preferred Realty in February of 2016 as our Front office Manager. Alexis came to us with a background in Real Estate as a Leasing Agent in Louisiana. She provides a warm welcome to anyone who crosses her path. She is quick to provide a helping hand and will go out of her way to answer any questions you may have. Alexis is dedicated to providing great customer service to our agents, their clients and our vendors.
Mark Messner- Branch Manager/Scottsdale office
Mark has been with US Preferred since 2014. In 2015
when our Scottsdale location opened in the S.A.A.R. building he became the
branch manager. Mark has lived in the Phoenix area for over fifty years.
He purchased his first home in Phoenix in 1978. Two years later he purchased
his first investment property. His entrepreneur spirit has served him well in
his real estate career. When Mark is not at work he enjoys spending time with
his wife, five children and two grandchildren. He also stays busy
